Sorry don't know any sites. But may I suggest that the best possible thing to improve your English is to spend 6-12 months in an English speaking country with native Speakers. Dependent upon where you live you would obviously consider Britain (expensive to live there), the USA (the same) Canada (I would guess cheaper than the Americans), Australia (far cheaper than the others, outside of Sydney!) but expensive to get a flight here! And of course New Zealand, similar to Aussie.
This is really the best way, i have many friends who have done this and numerous classmates in college are here for that very reason!

First, I would recommend you install msn messenger or one of those kinds of systems. Second, find people who are native speakers. You may try getting onto hi5 or one of those sites to find friends to chat with. I would advise you to have a mic so you can chat using your voice as well as listening to a native speaker. Good luck!! I am an English teacher and this is the advise I give my students.

u can improve ur spoken english :-
1- by reading the editorial page in times pf india daily
2- by listening to the discussions on various topics that are telecasted on various english news channels from time to time(go to ndtv, times now, cnn ibn etc)
3- try n speak more n more of english at ur home, ur workplace, with ur peers.
4- read good enlish magazines
5- try improve n enhance ur vocabulary by finding out meaning, usage and pronouncation of any new word u come across.

Watch the news in english everyday. If you want to improve speaking, then you must hear it correctly and copy it.
