How do I get an unfinished download to start on utorrent?

It is from someone else's PC and I need it! I am going to finish downloading it!

I have the .torrent file as well!

Please HELP

hmm..im usng Utorrent........ its pretty simple..just copy the torrent file and open it in Utorrent...
