i mean why do we trust people when we know they betray us?.understood??

There are two basic elements behind this.
Forgiveness and nature.
You tend to forgive because of your propensity to forgive and be free of heart burning.
In some human being, the element of forgiveness is ingrained in their nature.
A saint saw a scorpion drowning. He immediately put his hand underneath and saved the scorpion from drowning. But he was stung by the scorpion. Out of pain in his hand quivered and the scorpion fell down in water and was to be drowned. The saint again picked up the scorpion to keep it form drowning. Again the scorpion bite him. The nature of saint was to save the scorpion and the nature of scorpion was to bite him.

This cannot be generalised, else no two people would have ever lived together. The institution of family is a glaring example that demonstrates - trust binds people. Trust is a value which is imbibed in our up-bringing. Most times we expect the other person to act or react the way we think. Should the other person act or react differently it is construed as betrayal. Which is not correct.
Trust is not built the first time you meet anyone. It builds over a period of time, through mutual respect, recognising and accepting the strengths and weakness of each other. Along with trust if we could respect and accept differences in personalities, such acts or reactions are not seen as betrayal but probably another way of looking at things, which could be a new learning.
This is not to say betrayals do not happen. People with wrong intention or motive will look at opportunities to betray others. They do not carry any moral values and keep looking for quick wins. Their character is suspect. Despite knowing these facts if we start trusting such people, the end result can be only betrayal. Why blame people? Weren't we wrong in not knowing someone well and start trusting him?
Reading people is a skill, let's improve or acquire this skill, we will have no one betraying us. Trust is strongest pillar of any human relationship, let's not let this go due to some exceptions, rather let's work towards eradicating these by improving ourselves.

We Have To Trust In God More Than People. People May Betray Each Other But God is Equal To All.

Due to human nature of selfishness , I love & respect everyone but i am not trusting anybody now cause i have betrayed many times , not sure but in future may be that i will also betray someone.

People when born are born trusting and then learn to distrust through experience. What generally will happen is that those who were brought up in a trusting and secure environment will be more susceptible to the problem you are talking about!

Everyone has a tendancy to judge others by the way they, themselves are, at least until they are shown for the way they really are. Also, we are lonesome because things are not the way they should be here on earth since Satan and the demons were confined here. Soon, God will clean up the earth and we will be able to trust those who survive. Read God's word and try your best to do his will so that you will be one of them and enjoy the benefits of his blessings.

. Because we always want to see the best in people and believe that everyone is a good person unfortunately not everyone is. also not everyone will betray you. sounds like you need to find better friends if they are all betraying you.

I don't trust anyone who I know will betray me.

Please don't jump into inclusion. Trust keeps the relationship alive. Mistrust pays way to darkness. The cultural values imbibed in our blood, nature. We should first positive/trust worthy from our side. In this materialistic world of course we should adopt our own precaution(s). Not a blind trust, it is depends upon individual's discrimination and discreet. Thank you.

Because u do not trust. always trust those whom u know will trust on you. best check how much they share good and bad moments with u. take your own time in trusting others .... once sure then say "i trust ........." then sure they will not betray u. best luck if u'r trying any one
