I haven't checked your link but would like to respond to your ears question. Give her about a tablespoon of cottage cheese per day . Other sources of calcium like yogurt and most dairy products are good as well. DON'T allow anyone to stroke her ears. This can break them down and they'll never stand. Talk to her, whistle, anything to make her "use" those ears as many times a day as you can. They need exercized. There is also a way to wrap them to help them stand but you'd need to go google that. Your vet can do this for you if you don't like the idea of doing it yourself. The sooner the better, though.
