IM ALMOST 16 AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY HEIGHT IM ABOUT 5 4" ! evry one seems taller than me although im happy and comfartable with my self i would love to be about 4 inches taller.
i just drink a litre of milk a day , thats 5 200ml glasses. if that doesnt help the height atleast its sorted out my skin.
dont try things like pills ive tried sum they made me grow an inch in a month and then i continued for 6 months and nothing happened it made me put on 8 lbs ...and it made me grow facial hair not that bad but it appears darker and id already passed all my hair moments and my hair was not like that...ive got it sorted out but if i had continued i would have been 1 hairy fat cow
