Hi, I have a problem with my knees cartilage. I took Litozin for 2 weeks and now I have been asked to take Flexanew. Is there any problem taking these two medications after each other directly?

Thanx..

I deal with muscles not meds but if you would like a book to teach a way to possibly not hurt read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I will assume you are doing things to help yourself like a good diet, vitamins and something to help rebuilt the cartilage.
Have you also considered going to a chiropractor to see if the wear is because you are misaligned?

I even have had knee issues considering 1987. First, a torn ACL and then a cartilage/menicus tear. i eventually had to have surgical treatment for the two injuries. i'd advise which you bypass to an orthopedic well-being practitioner and get his/her suggestion, and likewise have an MRI performed on your knee. often the torn cartilage must be bumped off and smoothed out. Your severe workout consultation may be doing greater injury than stable, so additionally ask your well-being practitioner how plenty and what sort of workouts you need to be doing. many human beings bypass to a experienced actual therapist after surgical treatment. Squatting is probably going considered one of the worst issues you're able to do on your knees.
