She appears to be purebred... I raised Chihuahuas for many years. Not all ears stand well..There can be several reasons for this, one of them being illness at the time of development, another being poor nutrition at the crucial age, or just genetic predisposition....
It doesn't mean that she is ill now, but may have had a rough time at about 5-6 weeks..when the cartilage in her ears was forming..she actually looks quite healthy now..
She is adorable! I love that outfit!!!
