can u get freeserve email into incredimal?

Hi ive got incredimal but cant work out how to get my freeserve/orange emails to be checked got my hotmail ok but freeserve is being a pain anyone know what http, pop etc codes i need.

I got incredimail too. It seems that if get hotmail you should be able to get orange. But then if you have to change your pop settings, then that may be a problem. I was not able to sign on to Orange. Just like Yahoo! if you want to get the email there you have to upgrade for $20 for one year to get emails cuz then you can access the pop settings.

But no help on that problem.
