Yes, of course you can. Let it breathe a bit before you drink it. It will be as nice as it was a week or two ago.

Definitely not!.

An opened wine has more contact with air than a closed wine and oxidate much faster.

An opened bottle (even if its recorked) lasts for 2 days in a refrigerator, but its recommended to be drinked the same day it's opened.

When a wine has oxidate too much it's almost a vinegar, so it's better to use it for cooking or dressing a salad.

Good luck!

Absolutely not. Red wine is meant to be drank within a day or two if it can be re corked tight. They also have a device that you can pump out the excess air from the bottle and then cork it and it may be able to last a week, just depends on the wine (year, label, varietal, etc.)

I would like to say that a bottle of wine lasts that long in my house but that would be a big fat lie a bottle barely makes it through the night let alone a week

Usually it's best consumed within a couple of days of opening. I tend to use wine that has been opened a while in cooking instead of drinking!

Depends on your level of alcoholism, I've had some blondes that return to finish that merlot, maybe as an excuse just to be with me, but the Redheads always demand a little better treatment.

Not really, uness you like gross vinegar.

You can drink it but i wouldn't advise it. Your palate will hate you for it.

Wine should be drunk within about 4 days of opening, or poured into the spag bog or casserole.

yes - red wine doesn't need to be refrigerated but white wine does.

I wouldn't recommend 2 weeks though. maybe 1.
