Your from the U. S. having cropped ears is prohibited. For tail docking you need to teach to the vets that the dogs would be labored. I won't bypass into what you elect reason in case you do artwork dogs you need to understand what's needed. that's the vet who would dock tails at an extremely youthful age. Tail docking on dogs for pets or teach(attractiveness) is now unlawful. For scientific reasons then confident the vet will do this at any age. in basic terms the vets can dock tails. i'm certainly initiating to get used a Rotti with a tail and that i extremely rejoice with seeing them wag them..

I manage a vet practice here in Australia (Sydney) and I can say with 100% certainty that tail docking (and ear cropping) are NOT legal here...for any breed or cosmetic reason.

I think all docking & ear cropping is banned but I'm not sure. Any Aussies out there that can answer?

no... its not legal and thats how it should be... why would you want to dock tails any way? dogs are more natural with tails and no one should take them away.

no, definetely not, the RSPCA outlawed it completely a couple of years ago
