Drink lots of fluids during and just after your flight since it is caused by dehydration as well as the time change. Try not to drink cafeine or alcahol. Good luck with the flight.

Prevention is the BEST cure! Try NOT to indulge in caffeine and alcohol. Just keep taking in plenty of fluids. This should help.

Though sleep, relaxation, sensible diet, and easy exercise are the easiest recovery methods, if you're not a frequent flier, what you want to do is NOT TO SLEEP entirely for the night and one day, then go to bed at the normal destination-area bedtime. This is the FASTEST CURE.

Have a pleasant flight!

Jet LAG? Sleep well the night before, if you can, have some decent food in your stomach and drink lots of water so you are hydrated. I don't drink much on the plane but whatever I do drink, I make sure it is water. This is what works for me.
