I have gotten that too, my husband actually took me to the hospital once, after a verbal argument, I got the pain in my arm and tightness in my chest.. he rushed me to the ER...they did tests and supposedly everything was fine..nothing wrong with my heart. It still happens when I get VERY upset, but I have never been back to a doctor for it. I suggest you find a good doctor and talk to them about what you feel exactly. I know I should too, but I'm not the one asking the question...lol.

Is it only pain in your arm or is that all you notice? You could be having an anxiety attack but since I don't have an MD license, if it persists call & make an appt with your Dr just to be on the safe side.

Hi, You are puting a lot of stress on your heart when upset. I would see a doctor and make sure it's nothing serious. The sooner the better. A Friend.

Could be alot of things and none of them good. Get in to see your doctor and rule out heart problems or something else.
