Definitely dark. I agree with you about Bourneville, but you can get a bar about the same size from Thorntons which is even better!

70% cocoa is ok, but when it gets up to 85% you're getting a bit too close to just chewing a cocoa bean.

If I do eat milk chocolate, the ones I really don't like are where the creaminess is more prominent than the choclateyness.

I love milk chocolate esp. Dove. I really can't get into bitter tasting dark chocolate. I absolutely hate white.

Both! I like Hershey's Special Dark, but Cadbury is my favorite.

It depends coz there are dark chocolates I've tried before and I like them but I'll always indulge Cadbury and Maxim de Paris. (- -,)

Dark chocolate and milk chocolate.........anything lighter than that is not chocolate (in my opinion)
