I would just tell them stright up, if that person doesn't feel the same then for get about it.. move on..

It depends on the person dear.....
There are various ways to express your feelings...either by talking to the person in front of you....if you are a little bit shy you may be willing to text or phone or even write a letter....

The best way to express your feelings when you like someone is through a wonderful love poem which comes straight from your heart.....
