Keep talking until you get help. Let your brother know that you are going to be telling on him.

2. Principal at school. Especially if your brother goes to the same school. Be ready to have the nurse look at your bruises.
3. Police. (They will contact social services to come and check you out.

No parents likes there child being hurt regardless of who it is talk to them and tell them how serious it is, and if they don't listen talk to a teacher some you could trust. And if nobody listens call the police you ll see how fast they listen now you shouldn't have to live with this.

Talk to your parents about this. If they can't or won't do anything about it, talk to a school counselor. He is committing child abuse and at the very least, needs to be counseled himself. If he is abusive to you now, think what he might do to others in the future.
