I woman shot her husband, put his head under water for 10 minutes, and then hung him. Later that night, they went out to dinner together. How is this possible?

Shot = Took a picture of his head with a camera.
Under Water = Put the picture of his head in the developing solution for 10 minutes to develop
Hung him = Then you hang the picture up on a wire for it to dry after it is developed.
So the riddle is about taking a picture of her husbands head!

omg this is so stupid
she took a picture of his head. she "shot" a pic of his head with a camera.
then she put the pic of his head under water so it could develop or whatever it is they pput it there for
then she hung the pic so it could dry
