yeah I don't think you would do 100 - 300 crunches, you would have to be insanely fit.

I would say if you are starting out maybe 3 / 4 sets of 10 crunches, but make sure you know how to do the crunch or you might hurt your back! Look on the internet for a fitness site that might have a movie or some animation to show you how to correctly do them.

my PE teacher rkns reps of 10 three times a day then once u get better increase the reps
