It depends on several factors. Some beers are much stronger than others. The smaller a person is, the less alcohol will get them drunk. Women tend to get drunk easier than men because women are generally smaller and usually have a higher body fat percentage. Muscle tissue responds slower to alcohol than fat cells. It is easier to get drunk on an empty stomach. Some beer cans, bottles or mugs are bigger than others. Less experienced drinkers also tend to appear more drunk on less alcohol.
Furthermore: What is drunk? If you mean "legally drunk", I think it is .08% here in Nevada.
So.... in answer to your question, YES! One beer can be enough to make a person drunk, if the right conditions are met.

i have a friend who got messed up off one shot. i think it was all mental. maybe if she were four feet tall and weighed 60 pounds but otherwise i don think so
