YES!!! Its the best machine i have ever used. I bought it a year ago and i followed the 6 week challange and i'v lost 15 lbs and gained 5 lbs in muscle, i can lift more then 2x the weight and i feel awesome. I would say 1000% yes you won't be sorry. But like any "diet" (its not really even a diet) you have to be dedicaded and really want to succeed, and eat heathly. Good luck.

My (male) friend has a Bowflex, and he adores it. He's a gadget geek, tho, so it's fun for him to move things around on it so he can do different exercises. Me, I'd find that a pain in the butt. He is by no means an Adonis, but he has lost about 50 pounds through diet and exercising on the Bowflex.

free weights are best. but bowflex is good for old people and those with injuries because you dont need a spot.

sure but its expensive and its very hard physical work using the darn thing right.
