Firstly you need to know WHY you have high blood pressure!

There are many forms and some have to be treated by medication.

Stress related.. remove the stress
Smoking STOP smoking

Others, requiring medications
History of hypertension in the family
High Cholesterol levels causing blocked arteries
Long term smokers
Diabetics
Coronary artery disease
Renal failure
Liver damage

It is not a simple matter, even alternative medicines may not work, you need to have a proper investigation as to why you have the problem before you can start to consider the treatments.

Lower ur salt intake, and if you drink alot of cokes, cut down on that too. stress can also cause this so try not to stress.

plenty of ways drink apple juice, seaweed helps, reduce stress in your life, NO Salt!
