I may not make a big impact on the world as a Christian and I wish I could explain how good it feels to have a Christian family.
We do all the normal things everyone else does, eat the same foods, drive the same cars, go to the same doctors and schools.

I don't feel special, just forgiven; and if that sets me apart from the rest of the world and sinners notices I am different, Jesus was with me that day.

Lack of understanding, with a healthy dose of MISREPRESENTING.For instance sinners go to hell when thay die.God would not condemn anyone to a eternal pit of hell. Why would a loving God torture a murder from 10 BC. that many century's longer than a serial killer of today? On the second coming of Christ all Believers ascend into heaven with Christ. The wicked living are destroyed. For 1000 years the books of judgment are open for all present to review.I.E. where is aunt aulma she's the holyest person i know ect. After the 1000 year's.Christ and all the angel's return to earth.Wicked are raised HERE'S THE HELL PART.And destroyed by fire as will be the earth. Then God will rebuild the earth for his people to dwell in his presance. How are you going to build amoungst flames.you dont.hell is finite.TO those thot riddicule.Lets see you write a book predicting earths events.Buy the way you can't be wrong once in over 10,00 year's

I disagree. There are people who are scared NOT to be Christians because they are afraid of what family members would say or of negative reactions from their communities.

On the contrary it takes a great deal of courage to go against what the majority of our society does and make your own way to whatever faith is best for you individually.

I can't believe that there are many people that are afraid to BECOME Christians unless they are living in countries that restrict religious observance.

Frankly I have never heard of anyone being scared of Christianity, although I have heard of people being scared away from the church by the BEHAVIOR of certain Christians.

Jesus grow to be born and died a Jew, yet he informed those who he delivered a sparkling covenant (it is, a sparkling compact between God and his believers). no matter if Jewish or Gentile (non-Jewish), Jesus' followers persisted to trust in and spread his teachings. They were basically differentiated from classic Jews as Christians (followers of the Christ). So, no, he grow to be no longer rejected through all Jews, very few (many, even maximum) of them. the religion depending upon his teachings continues to be round and going solid. basically because some people reject a faith would not make it incorrect; nor does accepting a faith through some make it actual.

What it takes a real man to be a slave?
After all that is what your God calls you. 1 Corinthains 6:20 YE ARE BOUGHT WITH A PRICE! Not that you had freewill to make a choice! YOU WERE BLOUGHT LIKE PROPERTY!

Why not make that a new slogan for getting converts. Become a Christian and be God's little slave! I'm sure you'd have people just beating down your door! Especially those that are black! They'd really love that type of approach!

I disagree. It takes God's Holy Spirit to give people the breath of life. Without that we cannot believe no matter how hard we try or no matter how much someone tries to convince us. It just flat and plainly will not work since an unbelievers mind cannot understand spiritual things. You can write an entire volume on proofs and strong arguments or beat an unbeliever on the head with scriptural truth until they are blue in the face but the fact is without God's Holy Spirit and his mercy to open their eyes you ain't going nowhere.

What?!

No actually I think it takes a "real" man or woman to cast aside the security blanket of Christianity. I do not need a deity to carry me threw life or when times are bad. Nor do I feel the need to be a slave to anyone.

Sorry, but I rejected your God because I find him to be immoral and sadistic. I will never bow down and worship him.

Maybe they reject it because their brains FULLY developed. It takes courage to face life and death without clinging to some elaborate fantasy of an afterlife with Skydaddy.

It's amazing how much people like you trumpet the virtue of "humility". What a great deity you have there, that devalues human beings the way it does. Enjoy your grovelling, it's not my style to worship that which does not exist and wouldn't scare a three year old.

I disagree... it takes a real man or woman to stand on their own two feet and live their life without some mythological supernatural being to "guide" them or hold power over them. It's not easy NOT believing... it's much easier to just believe and give it all over to someone else, never taking responsibility for your own life.

No fear here, I can look your god right in the eye.

I choose to follow a spirituality based on love, rather than one based on fear and guilt.

To say that someone is weak or lacking in courage because they are not sitting around waiting for Jesus to step in and make it all better is immature to say the least.
