it's unfair that wealthier people will have an advantage to getting transplants. But kidneys can be given by a living donor who may not otherwise be parting with a kidney. In cases where they take things from recently deceased it is supposed to be equal regardless of money and the hospital may often decide to give it to a kid or someone with the best chances. But the kidney's can be brought from a homeless person and they could live.

People crazy enough to sell thier organs for money that's almost horrifying to me. it could be bad for them later as they may have needed that backup kidney themselves.
