For a splurge on calories, strawberry and cream cheese Toaster Strudel.
For high protein, cook some lower fat pork chorizo in a pan until crispy and put over a sunny side up, or scrambled egg.
Homemade belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream.
Also Minute Maid Light (NOT Tropicana Light) O.J. is very good!

A fried bologna sandwich. Or a grilled cheese.
Or a fried pb&j. Very messy, but good.
