A smoothie......low fat milk with yoghurt and your choice of fruits with some bran blended together to make a great drink for breakfast that keeps you going until lunch time.

It's breakfast time for us now, and here is what we are going to have:
1- tea
2- toast bread
3- butter, jam
4- cheese
5- boiled eggs
6- olives
7- grilled sausages
8- grilled or fried pepperoni
After all it's Saturday morning :)
