My daughter uses this expression all the time, I find it very amusing but don't know what it means, niether does she, can anyone hepl?

According to the " Urban Dictionary " it is at least saying some is idiotic at worst I would be penalized if I wrote it out. LMAO

I always used to say this and still do and I am 35!!

It is just a term for saying someone is stupid..a bit like belming.. Just a non sweary version of Tw** I would say.
