Babylon or the whore of Babylon in the book of Revelation is the Roman Empire. What you are talking about is a past event.

There were two Babylons; Jerusalem and Rome.
Both have fallen.
The Kingdom of God is within you.

Jesus never would have told us to pray it if the Father didn't intend to answer.
