in a very weird way, someone is describing an e.mail address to someone who's not familar with internet jargon
(or all of this is a joke, to translate some terminology into Turkish in a very werird way. This is done for laughing in Turkey among people who work with two languages)

salyangoz means SNAIL and it is often referred as the AT SIGN ( @ ) in Turkish.

So this is a description for the e.mail address:

shark_river@hotmail.com

Hope your curiousity is over.

Some idiot turkish answerers wouldn't know that but keep on answering nevertheless.

There is no meaning!

Lots of Turkish words without a meaning. No insulting message in there. Don't worry.

Meaning: It's English Shark down narrow River hot dot ?? ? ??!
Totally non-sense.
