i found the reason for mine and hit it on the head by changing my life for the better
as that is not very easy to do i admit
but the first question you have to ask your self is who am i
and i do not mean what is you name age where you are from
but what makes you who you are?
who are you ?
once you answer that question truly for your self
you will fine the way out

I go to a pyschiatrist for medication and a therapist for counsilling. I have other problems , too, but depression is one of the main reasons i go. I can't imagine trying to handle it alone. Maybe the answer is as simple as the fact that you might have a chemical imbalance that medication can straighten out and then you can stop taking the meds when you're all better.

I have bouts here and there and what gets me thru it all is finding someting that is a good outlet..playiong a sport of doing a hobby-build someting..whatever..the best way is to keep active and not harbour anything away inside. its best to be positive-and never say you are going to give up!!

To start, if possible, please go to a counselor, and before that go to your dr. With a prescription for a med to help, or without a med to help. Start going for walks, swimming, dancing, some kind of physical activity. Change one small thing in your "daily" routine. If physical activity alone doe nost help, then please see a counselor, and maybe use a med. Take care.
