That's always a possibility, whether it's Trimspa or any other bogus weight loss pill. It doesn't work. The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. That means either eat less; exercise more; or both.

Yes you could gain weight with any of those diet pills.They want you to spend alot of money and believe you can lose weight fast,it's very unhealthy.Alot of those pills are harmful to your liver and can mess your insides up..give ya cramps,and be addicting.And some pills you do lose weight fast,but very unhealthy,(leave you feeling weak) and you gain the weight right back on and sometimes even more than you started with.I wish they would make that magical pill to let all of us who struugle with our weight to just take a few of them pills a tada we are fat nomore,but it doesn't work that way.And I am tired of all those commercials showing people who took those diet pills with six packs and there in the best shape of there lives..thats not from a pill..they have worked out for atleast 2 years to get that way,but they don't tell ya that.And if you can ever get close enough to the t.v. screen to read that fine print at the bottom,you would pretty much no it's a gamble with your weight and also your health.

Absolutely. Most diet pills don't do anything but plenty of people figure since they're starting on one they can eat whatever they want, which will almost inevitably lead to weight gain.
The only things I can think of that will cause you to absolutely NOT gain weight are a recent gastric bypass, a well-developed tapeworm, or bowel resectioning.
