Its because your skin is hot and wet from rubbing together. Its called chafing. I get it when I wear dresses and pantyhoses over a long period of time in the summer. Try gold bond power worked for me.

It's not exactly normal but it does happen. It appears that they may be pimples that develop into boyle- type masses. Pimples develop on the skin for different reasons, mainly being that impurities get into a pore and cause irritation and swelling. Puss that usually forms inside is just white blood cells just trying to kill any bacteria that might cause harm to the skin/body. Black-heads happen when the impurities are closer to the surface and the pore tries to purge the impurity. Well, when you have heat, friction, and constant contact from the thighs rubbing together, it inhibits the skin from healing itself as well as say, the skin on your face or on your back. So in essence, the "pimple" seems to burrow down further and when the pore gets so big and the skin just can't take it anymore, it swells and forms the bump that we all know as pimples. But because it's burrowed and so much more irritated than normal pimples, to put it as simple as possible, it becomes a doozy! With a normal face pimple, the base of the pore where the impurity is located might grow to maybe a milimeter or 2, but these can be maybe upto a centimeter or larger which explains the pain. There are plenty more nerve endings in a centimeter versus a milimeter or skin and tissues. To rid yourself of them, weight loss is your main option and practically guaranteed. Also, use facial cleanser and a wash cloth in the shower to wash between your thighs. It's more mild, and specially made for skin issues like sensitivity or acne prone skin. For drug store types, try Clean And Clear Morning Burst or for cosmetic counter types, try Clinique's Mild Facial soap. clinique also has an antibacterial facial bar soap that may work well if you have acne prone skin or have these breakouts a lot. Do not treat with anti acne creams or such as because of the heat, friction, and constant contact, it may worsen the problem. Good luck!

It sounds as though you are developing blood blisters on your legs. You should not be picking at them. You could cause a serious infection that could make you seriously ill. You can purchase some powder and put it between your legs to cut down on the friction. Also there are products sold in the feminine isle of the pharmacy that will cut down on friction as well. I also recommend that you talk to your doctor about this.

That's not pimples. Are you referring to blisters or varicose veins?
Seriously, you wont get pimples when your thighs rub together.
