I've known this girl for about 5 months and we have hung out many times. She seemed to be interested in more than friendship. We went out for Valentines Day and had a lot of fun. Then at the end of the date I went to kiss her goodnight and she gave me her cheek. Then she says "call me sometime" and leaves.
I'm confused. Does she just want to be friends?

Call her. She could be playing hard to get. She could have really liked you and want to take things slow. Your breath could have gone all dinosaur. Who the hell knows? Go out a couple more times and you should be able to figure out what's up.

If she accepts, then she sees you more than a friend.
Many girls don't kiss on the first date. They want to present themselves as being a lady. Some kiss on the second and some on the third date.
There's always THIS theory. Maybe you had bad breath.
If it was on her parents door step, maybe she was afraid a parent would see the two of you and she didn't want them to make a big deal out of it.

you know, she may like you alot, but she just doesnt want to kiss. when i first started to date my g/f it was 3 months or so before i even kissed her on the cheek, and then another month before i could kiss her lips. she loved me, she just didn't feel like kissing. dont give up, she could still be yours, and do call her! that's the best thing you can do right now. so go on...call her! now.

She may like you but you tried to get physical with her was to soon. The cheek on the other hand could mean thanks for the dinner but friends is all we will ever be. Only time will tell. Call her up and see what happens.

I think you are in the "maybe" zone. She may not be the type who kisses on the first date. Ask her out again, slow down, and then see what happens.

It means she's not ready to take your relationship any further physically than what it is now, but she is interested in furthing the relationship. In otherwords she wants to take it slow.
