This is ridiculous question..I can't imagine that someone who is normal and who have money and knowing that they can save someones life with it, won't save.
Don't talk about three lives only one life is enough..think for a moment you are going from somewhere and a criminal have hold a child in his captivity and he ask you to give all the money you have unless he will kill that child...imagine the situation for a moment..would you walk away saying kill him..I don't think any normal human can do that..So here is your need answer, I guess.
