nope
the more you dwell on them..
the more real they are going to become to you
it is like talking yourself into it... and when you get to the point you are comfortable with the idea... you will try it
I hope for your sake that you don't do it and if you do try.. that you don't succeed...
sometimes life sucks... I know it does... but the alternative is a not better... and you are putting those that love you..through so much.. you may not even know it...
even if .. at this moment....you don't care about yourself
please think about those you leave behind
suicides are something that families sometimes can not get through.... the loss is so great and depth of pain is very deep
there is a loss of understanding as to why this happens...
why someone feels so alone, so fragile, so afraid, that they choose to end their life..
it is easy to die.. to give up and walk away from a struggle..
a strugggle that sometimes .. means the difference of just one more day.. to see that things might be a bit better.. or just to see it differently .. or to find a plan that works for you to find your way back from your pain
I know the pain of suicide in my life... it has been 7 years.. there is not a day that I don't wish that I had known what was going on.. that I could have done something..
my life has forever been changed...
I have a helpless broken heart...
when I look back on it... something was wrong.... I just didn't know how wrong
I have all the questions
why didn't I see the pain this person was in...?
could I have done anything...?
why didn't I know..?
You need to be brave to be in this world... it is a tough place to live ..... but if you are looking at life or death....
I hope you choose to live...
because this old world would be very sorry to see you go

If you keep telling your psychiatrist your suicide plans and he doesn't do anything about it, it's time to get a new psychiatrist. I had a psychiatrist like that once who thought he could second guess me and thought he knew more about me than I knew myself. He assumed I was just trying to get attention. I ended up in the emergency room. Don't let this happen to you. Tney might go away but they might get worse. Tell your shrink to get off his *** and do something. I almost died.

They will go away when you stop seeing that as a way out everytime something goes wrong. I dont know why you feel that way, but I hope u feel better soon enough. Nobody should want to feel this way. You telling someone this means you dont want o die even though you feel like you dont want to be here. If you need meds...stay on them so it will handle your depression, but in the meantime, find things to do. Go out and surround yourself around positive people if u can. Go to a museam, bookstore, got to the movies, just try not to think of suicide as a way out.
Learn something new.

It's too uncertain to say. For some, it's a cathartic thing to just tell somebody. For others, they need some deeper processing. For others still, they are in too serious of a state to be able to receive help from an outpatient psychiatrist and need to get to a hospital.

Which your shrink or your plans? No, your shrink will not go away and is obligated by law to hospitalize you. The plans will eventually go away with treatment and care. You have to have a plan for when these thoughts come up and a good support team. Good luck.

You should explain to your psychiatrist what kinds of suicidal thoughts are going through your head. Then he/she will know how to treat you accordingly, and hopefully with treatment the suicidal thoughts will go away.

your thoughts on suicide will persist till you either act successfully on them or adopt away of interpreting your perception of life so that in your new mental frame work the importance of the potential good you can do for others .rules out the selfishness of indulging in this act of self pity .in this your psychiatrist may or may not be helpful you are the master of your own destiny .so smile the choice to flower or die has all ways been yours .and so mote it be.

Do not throw your life away. remember that there is no problem that does't have any solution. maybe right now it just seem very gloomy and running away from it is the answer but trust me on this one, one day soon you will just wake up and you'll realize that it just happened and how strong you have been....
