The Difference Is That When You Are On A Diet You Can Only Eat Certain Types Of Food, And When You Reduced Eating & Exercise You Can Still Eat The Things That You Like But At The Same Time You Can Exercise And Loose Weigth. Hope I Help

Hmmm... I guess when it becomes unhealthy in nature (reduced eating until the body starts eating muscle tissue or exercising until passing out), then it's no longer dieting and it falls under the category of an eating disorder.

But uhhhh, I guess there is no difference! Whaddya know!
