then why are people blamed for sinning ?

No, God has what's called a permissive will. God will always warn a person before something bad happens. But, He knows before hand we will not listen. So, He lets us make our own choices and mistakes hoping we will learn from them. It is not God making us make the mistakes, but we make bad choices on our own. However, the Lord is the only one who can take our bad and use it for good.

it doesn't mean He does everything. It means He knows and acts according to what He knows inadvance. This has nothing to do with our choice of sinning or not.

spirit is in your heart for example,my husband is doing drugs and my daughter hates him so now there is a battle in our family unit which has made things for us very hard, and then I realized my spirit is having a battle and it will not be broken by all of this I hope this helps you.

because adam and eve were the ones that had the original sin and we are just sufferring for it. (that's the short answer, anyways)
