i have always dismissed it as just me seeing things, but strangely enough, i saw alot of people claim to see the same things i do. Maybe a brain defect, maybe a eye defect, maybe a brain defect lets us see what is really there.
I dont know, but stranger things have happened.

It has been noted by others as well and color comes into alot concerning auras. In some who study the chakras it is said to be of importance as far as color goes and on the medical side it is seen in people with migraine and epilepsy. Here is a few articles stating ideas concerning it.

yes i do, but with me it was an aquired ability that happened after my energy was used for a healing of another person.
basically a Shaman asked me if i would lend him energy to heal a sick person. that person could see Aura.
i agreed, and with the transfer of energy i developed a basic ability to see aura.
very basic, i can usually discern weather or not it is strong or weak but the color is usually not so clear to me. to me it looks like heat distortion around a person.
i would not want it to be any stronger than it is, sometimes it really sucks
