"Good" and "evil" are illusions arising from incomplete awareness. The physical universe by its very nature is full of objects and forces that interfere with each other. Perceiving "evil" or "good" is merely taking the universe personally.
When you walk on an ant, is that evil? It certainly is to the ant! But you may not even be aware of it. If you do a favor for a friend, is that good? What if your kind act inadvertently injures a third party? Is it still good? When did it change? Even a simple concept like murder is complicated by notions like "intention", "self-defense" and "mitigating circumstances".
It is important to work toward improving the wellbeing of people as best we are able, but determining "good" and "evil", or "blame" seems less useful than solving the problems that result. A universe of "good" without "evil" is a universe without action or thought.

god had no hand in it and as mankind evolves to an intelligent being evill will deminish and good will prevail the balance is our for the making . So quit the childish excuses they are for the ignorant not us. And we are not omnipotent so it will take time especially fighting through the birth and death time cycle.
And the universe is neither good nor evil it is man who creates good and evil either through ignorance or intelligence.

Because to make a choice, you have to have two or more things to choose from. Just because it's there, it doesn't mean you have to choose it. Adam & Eve chose to sin. God gave them two options and they chose to sin. That caused the evil in the world. Of course God could've made no evil but what's the point of free will if you only have one choice? He's not gonna force you to obey Him, love Him or even believe He exists. Hence, the two choices.

God never created evil and God can choose to "not" see future events if he cares to. Lucifer was once the greatest angel God created. When he decided through "his" choice to overthrow God, thats when he became "EVIL", and Thats how evil came into being, but remember God made Lucifer GOOD not EVIL!!

The answer is found in the point of Love and Fellowship. He wanted a creation that was not just made "in His image" but had the ability to "be like Him." The only way to accomplish this was to allow free choice. Love and fellowship don't mean much if it is forced and there is no choice involved. He has allowed "evil" to remain for two basic reasons: 1) to give every individual the opportunity to decide whom they wish to live with for eternity and 2) for those who chose God, to give them the opportunity to prepare for the assignment and mission they have in eternity with Him. You see, for Christians to learn how to effectively depend on God, love Him more, use their armour and weapons in spiritual warfare, glean "crowns" as rewards for eternity, whiten their bridal robes (without spot or wrinkle) and become more like their bridegroom (Christ) - it takes an adversary, something to really choose between and something we can use as a "pumice" stone to prepare us for our future in God.

SIMPLE ANSWER
GOD MADE CREATURES WITH FREE WILL
CREATURES USED THEIR FREE WILL TO CREATE SIN AND EVIL.
SO WHY DID MEN AND ANGELS MAKE SIN AND EVIL?
That is the real question.
God will judge sin and evil, but God did not create sin and evil.
