Just what it says. You love your siblings, but you are not in love with them. Of course this might be a little different. Maybe you're okay to go out with a maybe have sex, but you are never going to be love of his/her life.

It means they are trying to give you "the boot" without coming right out and saying what they truly mean, which is, "I don't love you, and I don't have any intention in continuing this relationship".
If someone says that to you, you're best to move on to someone else. Anyone who makes this statement is not truthful, they are trying to avoid confrontation, and they are riding both sides of the fence. this is a person who is totally unreliable. You will only cause yourself a great deal of disappointment and hurt if you pursue a relationship with a person who says, "I love you, but I'm not in love with you". That is so contradictory and two-faced. You can't have it both ways. Hope this helps.

It can mean a couple of things:
"I once loved you, but now I have a certain fondness for you and a genuine wish that things turn out okay for you, but I want to go and do my own thing. Without you."
"I love you as a friend, but I do not want to have a relationship with you."
"It's over."
"I'm not in love with you. Period."
All depends on the situation.

I care about you as a person - I don't want anything bad to happen to you but I am not romantically interested. There are no sparks there. It is more of a stong friendship bond than a love bond shared by lovers/spouses.

It means one of two things...
Either the guy is honorable and he's admitting that while he likes you, he knows he wouldn't be happy in a marriage to you and wouldn't be able to make your happy either...or...
The guy is looking for a way to break it off and thinks that sounds better than what the real excuse is.

It just plain means that they love you as a friends... That there is no sexual attraction and that they don't want to have kids with you, they don't want to make out with you, they just want to be friends. Easier to say that then to tell the person u hate them.

I think it means that LOVING someone simply means that. You care deeply about them. You can LOVE your mom, sibling, best friend, or boyfriend.
Being IN love with someone means those feelings of love are ROMANTIC.

the person love you as you are, or accepted you as the way you are, but he doesn't want to hang out with you that often.
