Are your bikes loud enough to be considered disturbing the peace? Just because the road itself belongs to you it doesn't mean sound suddenly stopped carrying over to your neighbors. Other than that I'd think no.
Still, if you really were arrested under those circumstances the first thing you need is to find out what you were charged with, then take that to an attorney. Many will offer a low cost or even free consultation to tell you if it was justified. Just don't plead guilty or pay the fine before your court date until you find out. (Paying the fine is like pleading guilty). If the cops were in the right, suck it up and find out how to ride them without it happening again. If they weren't, well that's why we everyday people need attorneys.

Well, you asked if they can bust you. If you were breaking any laws or ordinances, then yes they can. As most stated, if your bikes were making too much noise, there were complaints made, etc., you can be "busted".
Something being illegal does not stop at your property line. So, if you were doing something wrong, and they saw or heard it, then they can come onto you property and handle the situation.
A good example of this is poaching/ hunting laws. All hunting laws apply to you on your property, or anywhere else. One of the biggest misconceptions is that if you are on your own property, they cannot do anything to you. Most find out fairly quickly this is not the case.
So, just don't break any laws, and they will not bother you. I ride four wheelers all the time on my property, and no one ever bothers me. I am not breaking any laws, that is why I am not bothered.

In Ontario Canada there are certain things you can do on private property on a dirt bike (no helmet, no insurance). You can't drive drunk on private property in Canada.
Based on your other question I think you are asking can police follow you from the main road onto private property and make an arrest or give tickets, that is a yes.

There must be a couple of factors present to make a legal arrest. First, there must be prpbable cause to believe that a
crime has been committed and the person to be arrested is the
guilty party. Second, generally only felonies involve arrest and
transport to the local lockup. If all you are doing is riding dirt bikes, that should not qualify. Even if you were making a racket fit to wake Lazarus himself, disturbing the peace is generally treated as a misdemeanor, which means that the suspect is cited and released at the scene.

Bust you for what? In CA the vehicle code normally does not apply to private property except under certain circumstances like DUI. Otherwise as long as you aren't violating any other laws and you are clear on what defines "private property", no.

It all depends on what they busted you for. Some things yes, some things no. I deal with private property crime for a living, so those people telling you that "as long as you are on your own property it's ok" are very wrong.

Like if it is after 11:00 P.M. you are making to much noise with the bike yes. It just all depends on what you are doing. In most cases he has no jurist diction on your property. Unless you are breaking the law.

ok... before everything i achieved Enduros and understand how annoying it relatively is to detect places to coach and trip legally. in any case, i'm uncertain, yet once you trip to there then it relatively is a diverse count. despite if it relatively is public land then the police might say you opt for for coverage in case you knock somebody down. despite if it relatively is inner maximum, have you ever broken any element to get in? Are you driving between timber or on paths / fire breaks? between timber calls for many skills, the noise is far less and it relatively is comtained extra desirable and you basically isn't as visble. yet whilst the owner does such as you being there. properly it incredibly is that!
