Never. There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.
Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

For weight loss , U can try the American 'general motors diet' . In weekly this diet :-
day 1 - All fruits except Bananas. ur 1st day will consist of all fruits u want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lot of melons the 1st day. specially watermelon and papaya , a loupe too. If u limit ur fruit consumptions to melons , ur chances of losing 3 lbs.
day 2 - All vegetables. Ur encouraged to eat until u r stuffed with all cooked veg. of ur choices. There is no limit of the amount or the type .
day 3 - A mixture of fruits and vegetables of ur choices. any amount , any quantity . BUT NO BANANAS AND NO POTATOES TODAY.
day 4 -Bananas and milk. eat as many bananas as u want and drink 3 glasses of milk .
day 5 - 2day is the feast day . u will eat beef and tomatoes.
day 6 - beef and vegetables.
day 7 - brown rice , fruit juices and vegetables.
Also DO WALKING WITH IT TO AVOID THE 'CRUSH DIETING '.
If u will follow this properly . u will definitely lose at least 10 - 17 lbs means near 5 -7 kg . believe ME!

I don't know anything about that drug, but the workouts should have you noticing a definite change after a month. It's hard at first but when people start to notice the difference, the feeling is unbeatable! Keep up the good work and don't give up. The workouts are the key.
