Your doctor will be able to tell you much more accurately than anyone on the internet. There's no set healthy weight for people of a particular age and gender. What matters the most is your body fat percentage. However, at your age unless you're extremely overfat you shouldn't be worrying; a lot of females put on weight going through puberty [I was certainly one of them] and being underfat is bad for your development. What happens to your body until it finally stops growing/maturing [sometimes into the 20's for some people] will stick with you for the rest of your life, so now isn't a time you want to sabotage yourself. It's healthier to be a little overweight than extremely skinny.

Rachel, you must first ask your doctor who can correctly assess your personal build and age. There are many various considerations that must be made in each and every person and only a person who has studied physiology and mastered it is qualified to tell you such things. Now if you were a member of my family, your adult height might end up being 6' tall and therefore an appropriate weight for you might be much more than my best friend whose family were all very tiny and small. Many things including heredity bear considering and therefore it's impossible to say. You don't mention how tall you are, how tall you probably will be when reach adulthood, all of the things your personal physician would know and be able to accurately answer your question. Dear girl, be very smart about these things and go directly to an expert. Best wishes.

there is a formula that every doctor use if you meet your average weight, for a girl like you, for every 5 feet you must have 100 lbs. and for every succeeding inches multiply it by 5 then get the sum.
check your wrist if you are in small frame or in large frame. if you are in large frame get the 10% of the sum you get then add it, while in the small frame get the 10% of the sum you get then subtract.
if the difference of your original weight and the above formula is about 0% to 10% it is right.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>_

DEAR GOD CHILD
You are only 13!
It sounds as if you are just fine. Your body is still shaping and growing.
Go out and do something fun. Dance with your friends. Run with your dog. Eat properly and avoid sweets and fats and almost anything white. Drink lots of water. f Eat darker breads, fruits, vegetables, lean protein.
I promise you, do this and you will NEVER have to worry about your weight.

Google a BMI calculator. But it sounds like you are quite slender, unless you are very very short.
