I appreciate the questioner for asking the question. His concern freeing the pollution from the earth is understandable and encourageable. Dear sir. Polluiton is caused by many factors Corbondioxide and other greengases being the major ones.We are aware this greengas is utlised in photosynthesis to give oxygen and food and it welcomes raining too! it is true that greening the planet reduces the evils caused by the green gases allowing the biosphere to live some more time. So it is very important to increase the quantity and quality of Greenery every where.
Green gases are derivatives of the fossil fuels. Day by day the demand and use of the fossils are grwoing causing the more release of CFC , making hole to the Ozone layer. So Every governement of the every nation should promote the utility of the solar energy instead. In the same time biowaste should also be managed to make as fules or fertlisers to discourage the chemical fertilisers. More reforestation, more greenery for the public by means of BACK YARD AND FRONT YARD HORTICULTURE, kitchen garden porgrammes, Horticulture in irrigation facilities, avenue plantation and agroforestry methods should be done in a shift way to establish the green rich society. Then only we can free the planet. The concept should be the Morphosis of ecology in to the health factor".

we cant really make the planet pollution free but we can atleast try to make it a less pollution planet
by using mostly natural products
using only natural energy....like solar energy tidal energy...and many other...which is being used now ...
using bins for throwing rubbish and not in water or somewhere
there are many ways of making planet less pollution planet...

There are many available air pollution control technologies and urban planning strategies available to reduce air pollution; however, worldwide costs of addressing the issue are high.[citation needed] Enforced air quality standards, like the Clean Air Act in the United States, have reduced the presence of some pollutants.
Many countries have programs to or are debating how to reduce dependence on fossil fuels for energy production and shift toward renewable energy technologies or nuclear power plants.
Efforts to reduce pollution from mobile sources includes primary regulation (many developing countries have permissive regulations), expanding regulation to new sources (such as cruise and transport ships, farm equipment, and small gas-powered equipment such as lawn trimmers, chainsaws, and snowmobiles), increased fuel efficiency (such as through the use of hybrid vehicles), conversion to cleaner fuels (such as bioethanol, biodiesel), or conversion to electric vehicles with renewable energy sources (batteries or clean fuel such as hydrogen being used for transport and storage).

HEY! I love ur Q..
*From childhood, children must be taught about 'public health' & sanitation, about citizens' rights and duties towards our natural resources.
* People living in an area must be capable of measuring and estimating the amount of pollution in the environment + @ their own expense. With the peoples' dedication to preserve the environment, they must be trained & helped by the local pollution control board officials.
* The government must take their role in improving the environment as they play a prominant role.
*The authorities must conduct inspections regularly and encourage to modernize with the latest technology, where the pollution is severe, and these areas should be filled with a GREEN BELT.
*The wastes being thrown in lakes must be composted in the villages and cities.
* Domestic wastes must be seperated from industrial and hospital wastes.
* Special attention must be paid to biodiversity.
*Trees needs to be planted near the catchment areas, which will promote greenery.
*Quality and quantity of water used for agriculture need to be monitored, along with drinking water.
* Every industry must produce a report on the state of environment around them, every year.
* We must be able to explore the possibility of recycling even hazardous wastes as raw materials.
* To reduce air pollution, we must reduce vehicular pollution.
* Sewage water should be treated and used for irrigation, but it should not be allowed to enter into water bodies.
* Every farmer needs to be encouraged to construct a small farmpond in the field to store rain water and use it for agriculture.
* we must replace synthetic chemical fert. and pesticides to protect our food for contamination.

you can't.
pollution one way or another is a natural part of the system. its our pollution that is causing the problems.
learning to put organisms back into many reactions of industrial production, would be a good place to start.
