The most important thing is to stretch before and after during warm up and cool down. After working out acid builds up by your muscles and this is what causes the uncomfortable soreness that comes after training.
Secondly, you should do circuit training and work different areas each day to reduce soreness. For example, you could work on your biceps one day your pecks the next and triceps the next day
If you do this you'll never get sore again
Good luck on buildin your huge guns man

Slowly massage your sore muscles with aloe vera cream. And most people became unactive after feeling sore but actually the soreness will decrease if you continue to move around a liitle bit.
As for before workout, do some light exercise or strecthing before working out.

painkillers, massages, and hottubs! and make sure you have a regular warm-up series of exercises to get the blood pumping, get stretched out, and get your heart rate up before you start an intense work out session. Cool-down exercises are also important at the end of the session.
