If the family member has a chunk of time off from commitments they might considering preparing meals ahead of time and portioning them out for whatever meals and family members that may need help with getting their own meals.

I hope this was along the lines of what your looking for.

Good Luck

Not totally sure of what your question is, but if you have a family member on a certain diet, or avoiding or seeking out certain types of foods, it is super if you can be supportive of them. That doesn't mean you have to eat a grapefruit before every meal if hubby is on a diet, but maybe you can pick out some nice, juicy ruby reds for him to show that you believe in his goals. Likewise, it's considered kind of rude to gnaw on a big old steak when your sis is a vegetarian...try to be respectful and supportive whereever you can.

When a parent is busy with church or any other organization, this could effect the amount of time spent fixing meals. When you have to fix quick, easy meals, you could end up with something from the deli or McDonald or pizza for dinner.
