Well u could just ask her do u wanna go out sometime but that takes guts if u dont know her well
ill tell u wat not to do first dont ask infront of more ppl ask her at the right time like not in the hallway ask her wen shes looking at u. dont say wanna go on a date. IF she beats u to it good for u

If you dont know the girl real well get to know her first
then invite her to place of intrest like a movie or musem what she enjoys doing, be yourself and you want the first date to more of hanging out together, dont rush
