Well, never seen a question like this before but I am sure the answer to your question is yes you are..To become a non-virgin you must have sex with a man and yes it is very very painful..Consider how old you are..Both of you..Alot of responsiblity will come with sex and there are things that can happen that you will not be prepared for...I do pray you really seek your heart before giving away the most precious gift a woman can give to her man..Wait till you get married and are older before settling down and accepting womanhood so early. this question is a very debatable question.
some say sex is when the two reproductive organs touch each other.
some say oral sex and anal sex to be sex and cuz you to lose your virginity.

you have to be penatrated with a peepee to be no longer a virgin, you tell him to be more gentle getting fingered isn't supposed to hurt. sex is way different.
