Because a girl wants a guy that is secure with himself. If a guy isnt secure in himself then how can he ever be secure with a girl. Too many times the "nice" guys let other people walk all over them, and girls dont really vibe with that. They want a guy that will stand up for her if necessary, and someone that will take care of them. "Nice" guys can get good girls, but in order to do so, they have to take the time and prove they are confident AND nice.

The same reason that guys always seem to chase girls that are out of their league. They want to get what they can't have or think that they can't have. They don;t want it if it's easy and "nice guys" are just too easy. They'll climb a tree to kiss a butthole, when they could stay on the ground and get roses and a ring from a good guy.

I like good nice guys. Intelligent ones. Ones who's sentences don't consist of "Yeah", and "I guess" and "Dude." Not that there's anything wrong with that, but an intelligent guy is just soo much more fun. And girls who don't like good nice guys are probably not the girls you want anyway. Don't change for a girl. It's so demeaning to me when guys are rude or offensive. I can't even stand it.

ok, as a guy ask yourself the same question but about shallow gilrs and tell me the answer... personally i like nice guys as long as they are not weak. But there don't seem to be any nice guys around that are even in the slightest attractive. Most girls i know that are nots sl(uts) don;t even consider dickheads attractive because of their personality.

Hi Mario- It is kind of a evolution trate that the Female of our species has brought with them, much like the way we drag our knuckles. The women that like this kind of man is really not that smart and they are the first ones to cry foul when they get beat to a pulp. Ya the World has it's share of Ego-testicle morons, it also has it,s share of battered women so go figure that one out and you will change the world as we know it.

It's confusing to be sure. Many of them claim (and genuinely seem to believe) that they want a decent guy, yet time and time again they reject decent guys in favor of the "bad boys" that they really want. They seem to prefer to be treated badly. Some women grow out of it in their mid to late 30s.

Is because they say that they want a guy with qualities a,b, and c but really they want a guy with qualities d,e, and f. In other words they say that they want a nice, funny, sensitive guy but really they don't care about any of these qualities.

Well that has always been the concept of how girls pick their bf's.... Either you be yourself and hope that she see's you for you, other wise find other girls that like you for you... Don't ever change yourself for her, because then you'll not being real to yourself and her.... good luck...
