What are some great color schemes for a wedding in June?

My fiance and I are having some troubles agreeing with a color scheme... what are some of your ideas?

Personally I would go with a deep green. I'm big into folliage, so having everything so pretty and green in June makes everything perfect in my eyes.

Other colors:

--Red
--Pink/Blue/Green (think: Carribean with BRIGHT colors)

There are so many colors to choose for a June wedding! The prettiest I think is pinks, greens, lavenders, and periwinkles-all
together! There's a website that customizes your bouquet and even though it's silk flowers, wow, do they ever look real! Some other colors for June could be soft tangerines, butter yellows and pastel pinks.

well everyone uses white because its traditional. go with some nice summery colors like a prettey orange, peach, sky blue, maybe a prettey green or a gold. you can mix some white in it to make it nice. like your dress can be peach and your shoes can be white and stuff. you know to brighten it up. for the reception you would want a whole different thing if you want it to be set aside from your wedding. like if your wedding is peach and white then you can have like sky blue and white for the reception colors. like for the decorations on the wall going around the room, have some white and blue flowers and some prettey white and blue ribbons going around the room. if you want you can splash a little green in there. for the table you can get those soft mints that are different colors they go with everything. think more on the line of summery and prettey and not just plain white.

Black, pink and gold ... kinda dark, yea, and kinda professional-soccer uniform-y as a mix. the 1st element that got here to my strategies is the SF 40 9'ers, through fact pink and gold are their colours. I think Hotpink, and Black. My wedding was in June, and those were my colors. They are a very warm and springish/summerish color and everyone complemented the colors.

And a suggesttion for flowers would be to use gerber daisies and roses mixed.

can you put your favorite color with his favorite color?
this is what we're doing his favorite color (light green) will be the dresses and tux vests and ribbons etc. then my fav. color (deep purple) will be in the flowers and little accents. then we have pearls throughout little details in the wedding (favors, my veil, decor etc.) - it's the June birth stone(we both have june b-days)
a different idea is picking one color and doing many shades of that color.

Our theme (waaaay back in 1998) was a light/slate blue with daisies. We got and still do get many compliments on this because it's just so summery.
