My brother just ordered Marlboros from Russia. He's been a smoker for years and says they're as good or better than American. He's tried Marlboros from Mexico and said they were horrible. He just received his second order from Russia today. He got 6 cartons for... well, less than $13 per carton.

Find a Native Reserve. They usually have a store or two there and sell cigarettes much cheaper.

Go on the internet and look under indian reserves or resetrvations. They sell them pretty cheap.
