Are you thinking of Brew & View at the Vic Theater? I don't even know if they still do it, but they used to have movies for $5 and then you can eat and smoke and drink beer while watching the movie.

I think the one in Lombard is better than the Hollywood blvd. movie theater. The food is also more gourmet.
