that people lie. I know it sounds like a simple answer, but it is deeper than that. I once had a professor that told me he would deliberately give his students incorrect information in class. He encouraged us to "question his answers" instead of "answer his questions"...it was some of the best advice I have ever heard. It forced me to realize that I should never simply accept what I hearing without exploring what I was being told.

That fruit not only has vitamins and minerals, but knowledge as well.
Actually, is lying that bad? If you have the chance I recommend that you pick up a book called "The Art of Lying". It was a study done by Japanese psychologists. There are times when lying may not only be necessary, but the correct thing to do. For example, the age old question asked by one's girlfriend:
Do these jeans make my a-s-s look fat?
Would you tell her the truth?

Most lies are told out of fear or pride. The nature of the lie will tell you something about the person telling it.

About the limits my self has, when I think I'm so holy, and someone like that can derail every good intention I had. I become so disappointed in myself, for I hold myself to a very high standard.

Socrates would ask simple question to trap others into error. You can do the same thing with a liar.
